The beehives are in place. 9 hives for 7 hectares of organic sunflowers. When will the honey be ready?

Preparing for Bees

For the first time we'll have beehives on our land. The bees will harvest pollen from our 7 hectares of organic sunflowers. Our friendly local honey producer is putting 15 of his hives in the field. We have cleared a path, so that he has access to the sunflowers. Once the sunflower honey is in jars come and sample it .... and maybe buy a pot or two!
